Tigers' newly appointed batting consultant Craig McMillan has said that he is ready to work across formats in the Bangladesh set-up if there is an opportunity.
Former New Zealand batsman Craig McMillan has been handed over the charge to work as batting consultant of Bangladesh national team, for their tour of Sri Lanka for a three-match Test series that starts in October. It is understood that Bangladesh Cricket Board will observe the former Kiwi batting coach during the 45-day long tour, before deciding for a long-term appointment.

"I worked for over five years with the New Zealand team across all three formats, including two World Cup finals. So it would be something I would consider moving forward," McMillan was quoted as saying in an English daily on Saturday.
McMillan further added that tourist needs to adapt quickly to the foreign condition if they want to do well in overseas condition.
"One of the challenges when touring overseas is how quickly you can adapt to the local conditions and make any adjustments that you need to make to your game. Working out your individual game plan, as to how you will play is important. The quicker this can be done the more chance of success," he concluded.
