Bangladesh Cricket Board president Nazmul Hasan has said that they have successfully rescheduled all the bilateral series that got postponed earlier due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the world apart from Australia.
With the Asia Cup and ICC Men's T20 World Cup postponed for this year, Bangladesh Cricket Board is looking forward to rescheduling a slew of international series that have been cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.

Due to the pandemic, Bangladesh cancelled their tour of Pakistan in March. As the condition around the world worsened, the board then postponed their white-ball tour of Ireland in May, followed by the postponement of the Sri Lanka tour as well. Bangladesh's two-match Test series against Australia and New Zealand respectively were also postponed owing to the pandemic.
It appears that more than hosting international series, Bangladesh are keen to reschedule all the away series and Nazmul added that they have successfully managed to do it.
"Already we have missed some few schedules. Australia and New Zealand were scheduled to tour here in Bangladesh. We’ve remained a Test against Pakistan. We have also toured in Ireland. Already we have prepared almost a schedule of all the suspended games of the tours. No game is missed except one that is Australia. We are yet to confirm the schedule against Australia because it is not only we but also they can’t match a schedule with us. Barring it, we could play every series in the next couple of months," said Nazmul
