Bangladesh skipper Mashrafe bin Murtaza took a swipe at his critics saying that he is unable to complete full quota of bowling due to captaincy.
Recently former Indian pace bowler Ajit Agarkar insisted that Bangladesh skipper Mashrafee should be dropped from the Tigers playing XI considering his recent form.

Bangladesh captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza is out of form in this current World Cup picking up only one wicket in the tournament so far during 21 overs that he bowled in the three games where he leaked 149 runs. Mashrafe was in the form of the recent Ireland series. But slight niggle in the hamstring is troubling him in this World Cup, for this, he is having trouble bowling his full quota of 10 overs in this World Cup.
Mashrafe is the second highest wicket-taker this year but he is facing criticism because of his current performance. Besides this, Mashrafe’s captaincy has also been questioned in this World Cup.
When you do badly people will criticize and you have to accept it,’’ said Mashrafe during the pre-match press conference against Sri Lanka.
think there are so many times where I didn't finish my overs in the last four or five years I'm in captaincy. It's all about who is doing well at the middle and the right time,’’ he said.
‘’Last two matches, Mosaddek -- first two matches, Mosaddek was doing a decent job for the team. That was the main focus. Next, last match, I was doing my job. So it just depends who is doing well on that particular time. That is the main point behind,’’ he added.
