Junior must perform while we must back them- Mashrafee

Bangladesh skipper Mashrafee bin Murtaza said that players need to do well against Zimbabwe to gain some confidence ahead of the next ICC World Cup.
Mashrafee added that the players need to boost up individually to do well because at the end of the day it will be in the record book while doing well will help them to prepare thoroughly ahead of Zimbabwe.
''At international cricket picking five wicket haul or a hundred is always difficult and players need to be motivated personally,'' he said.
''Ahead of World Cup we have four series and doing well will certainly help us to prepare for the mega tournament,'' he said.
Masharfee added that they cannot take loss very easily and that is a big hindrance for them to experiment.
In the absence of Shakib al Hasan and Tamim Iqbal and with Rubel Hossain all set to miss the opening game due to his tonsil Bangladesh have the privilege to make some experiments.
''Firstly we have to see how you take [experimentation] it. For example we opt try four new cricketers irrespective of whether we lose or win. But in our culture it matters how everyone will take it because we cannot take losses easily and it always remain at the back of the mind,'' he said.
In some other places we see they back the cricketers for a long time but in our case if we lose we somehow get puzzled and we cannot deny it,'' he said
For example Fazle Mahmud scored a lot of runs in the domestic cricket but he was somehow nervous yesterday so if we want to set him we need to back him and we want cooperation from everyone in this regard,'' he said.
