The young paceman of national team Taskin Ahmed revealed how he got his pace up from 120-125 km/h to 145-148 km/h.
In a Facebook live session arranged by veteran opener and ODI skipper of Bangladesh Tamim Iqbal and joined by the veteran pacer Rubel Hossain and Taskin Ahmed, Taskin was asked by Tamim how he managed to pace up.

Tamim asked Taskin that he was astonished to see Taskin bowling constantly on 145 km/h where he saw him bowling at 120-125 km/h when Taskin used to bowl as a net bowler of the national team.
Taskin in his reply to the question said that he went for a pace bowling camp for three months after playing for the Under-15, then he got promoted to the Under-17, right after then he got called from the Premier League and he grabbed the opportunity and went to play there and he used to do a lot of drill practice under Mahbub Ali Zakir.
"After playing Under-15 I went to pace bowling camp. Under-17 coach Babul sir and Sujon sir told me that they will have me in Old DOHS to play in the Premier League," He said.
"After playing in the 11 matches in Premier Leagues first round and attending the pace bowling foundation camp I went to attend my SSC examination. I didn't play in the superleague. So I gained confidence from playing in the Premier League and what I learned from the pace bowling foundation also the personal training I had from Zakir sir where I used to do a lot of drills, and combining all of this increased my pace I think," Taskin concluded.
