Ashraful donates three-month salary

Former Bangladesh skipper Mohammed Ashraful decided to help out the poor people during this coronavirus pandemic by donating three month’s salary that he received from Bangladesh Cricket Board as first-class cricketer.
Ashraful like lot of other cricketers is trying to come forward to help the needy people of the country during this crisis.

Ashraful stated that he has given BCB three month’s salary that he received for the helpless people and the announcement came days after he declared that he will auction his bat for the corona-virus victims.
‘’You can see lot of people have no work in these moments. They are having problems running their family,’’ Ashraful told Cricfrenzy on Monday.
‘’I am seeing a lot of people is helping them with food items. I have given my full salary to help them. The money is not much at all probably around TK 80000 and I have given to the helpless people of the area,’’ he said.
Ashraful also is in talks to open a foundation that is halted at the moment due to the crisis and he said he wishes to open after a pandemic is over.
Ashraful played in 61 Tests and 177 ODIs for Bangladesh and was considered to be the country's first cricketing superstar
