The much hue and cry of having a leg spinner in every BPL teams by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has been ignored by the teams participating in Bangabandhu BPL
The BCB has recently suspended two divisional team coaches for not playing leg-spinner in their team in the first round of matches in the ongoing NCL.

During the draft BCB senior vice president Mahbub Anam has reminded the teams of having a leg -spinner and fast bowler with 140 km pace but no team seem to bother about this when picking up the players.
As a leg spinner Aminul Isalm Biplob has been picked up by Khulna and Minhajul Abedin Afridi by Rajshahi but nobody picked up Zubair Hossain Likhon in their teams and more interestingly young leg-spinner Rishad Hossain’s name was not even in the draft as Rangpur called him.
BCB president Nazmul Hassan Papon earlier told the media that every team must play a leg-spinner in their side in the upcoming BPL but his words seem to be ignored by the teams though there is some places left for every team to accommodate some players.
