Bangladesh made steady progress on the third morning of the first Test against the West Indies at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua, thanks to a solid partnership between Mominul Haque and Litton Das.
After losing Shahadat Hossain Dipu early in the session, the experienced duo guided Bangladesh past the 100-run mark. At the lunch break, Bangladesh were 105 for three after 45 overs, with Mominul unbeaten on 38 from 98 balls and Litton not out on 21 off 38 deliveries.
Dipu, who resumed the day alongside Mominul with Bangladesh on 40 for two, was the only batter to fall in the session.
He was dismissed by pacer Kemar Roach, leaving the visitors reliant on their senior players to steady the innings.
