However, captain Mitchell Marsh and star opener Travis Head were notably absent from the travelling contingent.
According to Australian media outlet Code Sports, Marsh is set to miss the opening ODI against Bangladesh as he has not yet fully recovered from an ankle injury.
Head, meanwhile, is expected to sit out the entire ODI series and could feature only in the T20I matches.
Both players recently completed demanding IPL campaigns. Marsh represented Lucknow Super Giants, while Head played for Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Marsh suffered an ankle injury during the IPL and returned to Australia after Lucknow's match against Rajasthan Royals on May 19.
The injury also ruled him out of Australia's recent tour of Pakistan. Although there had been optimism that he would regain full fitness before the Bangladesh tour, report says that the all-rounder is still recovering.
Cricket Australia has yet to issue an official statement regarding Marsh's fitness status.
Head's Sunrisers Hyderabad side reached the IPL playoffs, requiring him to remain in India until May 27. After returning home, the opener opted to take additional rest and recovery time, leading to his expected absence from the ODI series against Bangladesh.
Code Sports journalist Daniel Cherny reported that wicketkeeper-batter Josh Inglis will captain Australia in Marsh's absence. Inglis also led the side during the recently concluded ODI series against Pakistan, which Australia lost 2-1.
