The three-match series will get underway on June 9, with the second and third ODIs scheduled for June 11 and June 14 respectively.
The biggest talking point from the squad is the return of all-rounder Musaddek Hossain Saikat, who has earned a recall to the national side after a lengthy absence. The 30-year-old last played an ODI for Bangladesh in August 2022.
Wicketkeeper-batter Quazi Nurul Hasan Sohan has also returned to the squad after missing Bangladesh's previous ODI series against New Zealand in April.
Meanwhile, batters Afif Hossain and Mahidul Islam Bhuiyan have been left out of the squad that featured in the New Zealand series.
Bangladesh will be looking to make a strong start against Australia in what promises to be a challenging three-match ODI contest on home soil.
