According to a reliable source, Kent are now set to sign another Bangladesh pacer, Khaled Ahmed, as Shoriful’s replacement.

Kent had wanted Shoriful for four County Championship matches during the current season, potentially giving Bangladesh a chance to see Hasan and Shoriful feature together for the county.

Hasan’s four-match stint with Kent had already been confirmed by the club.
