No Gill, Pant, Jaiswal as India announce T20I series squad against Bangladesh

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the squad for the upcoming three-match T20I series against Bangladesh on Saturday.
Regular players like Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Kuldeep Yadav, Axar Patel and Rishabh Pant were given a break. Sanju Samson was picked as the first-choice keeper-batter.
Pace sensation Mayank Yadav, who impressed during the last IPL season with Lucknow Super Giants, has been given his first national call-up.
The squad also sees the return of mystery spinner Varun Chakaravarthy and wicketkeeper Jitesh Sharma.
The series will start on 6 October in Gwalior as the second and third T20Is will take place on 9 October in New Delhi and 12 October in Hyderabad.
