Sri Lanka and Bangladesh locked horns to win the final of the tri-nation tournament. Things started well for the Lankans as Gunathilaka started with a boundary, but kept struggling for the next deliveries. Mehidy Hasan Miraz finally got him after getting close on a numerous occasions. 

After that, there was a tempest for Kusal Mendis as he scored 28 from 9 balls. He, however, lost his wicket to Mashrafe Mortaza, who seemed very animated after scalping him. Upul Tharanga and Niroshan Dickwella are on the crease now, with the latter successfully overturning a LBW decision in his favour using a review, as Sri Lanka are batting steadily.
