Kohli praises footballers’ fitness

The cricket player should follow football player models of discipline in terms of fitness regime, said Indian skipper Virat Kohli.

The Indian skipper believes the footballers maintain good rest, discipline and nutrition.
Footballer fitness is being praised worldwide. In an interview with Times of India, Kohli said this.
‘’We always lookup to footballers for their discipline. It’s a requirement of the sport that you need to be at your absolute best to be able to take on the field. Football players are very particular about professionalism, in terms of physical preparation, nutrition and rest period. We learn a lot from them.’’
Virat kohli said he prefers Christiano Ronaldo ahead of Messi.
“Christiano is the most complete player that I have seen. Whether it’s the left foot, right foot, speed or dribbling he’s amazing.”
