Taking Babar's wicket is my dream, says Shoriful

Bangladesh pacer Shoriful Islam has stated that he is fully prepared for the upcoming two-match Test series against Pakistan and braced to take Babar Azam’s ‘dream’ wicket.
Shoriful returned to the long format of cricket after a long gap, since he was busy with consecutive franchise tournaments LPL and GT20. Following his franchise commitments, he had a short time to prepare himself for red-ball cricket.
Shoriful joined the team on Friday and is eager to put up a tough fight against Pakistani batters, notably his former LPL teammate Babar.
“Babar, and Shan Masood are world-class batsmen. But our bowling attack is also strong enough. We can put up a strong fight against them. As they are playing in their home ground, our task will be difficult. We have to stay prepared,” said Shoriful in the press conference.
“Babar is a tough challenge for Bangladesh. So, we have to take his wicket quickly. He is also my dream wicket. I will be very happy if I can get his wicket. I played with him last year in the CPL. He is a very good person,” he said.
Shoriful also admitted the lack of experience playing in Pakistan, where conditions are favourable for both batsmen and fast bowlers.
“We have not played much cricket in Pakistan. So, we need to adjust here a bit. Also, there is a need for adjustment for the Rawalpindi's wicket,” he added.
