PCB’s strict action may rule Shaheen out of Bangladesh series

Pakistan fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi's recent inappropriate behaviour has caused significant concern among coaches and board officials as PCB is set to take strict action against him.
Afridi's misconduct with the coaches was particularly noticeable during a practice session at Headingley on the recent England tour.
Pakistan’s batting coach Mohammad Yousuf noted that Afridi was bowling excessive no-balls, to which the left-arm pacer bluntly replied, "I need to focus on my practice right now, please don't interrupt."
Following the tense confrontation between them, they were spotted into an argument. Following the incident, Afridi was reprimanded by the team management and subsequently apologized to Yousuf in front of the entire team.
However, there will be an investigation to determine why the team took no action against Afridi's misconduct. Additionally, the investigation is looking into the formation of player lobbies within the team, which has been contributing to a negative atmosphere.
The sources added that Afridi might not be considered for the upcoming home Test series against Bangladesh next month. Additionally, two to three senior cricketers might also be rested.
