International Cricket Council (ICC) has approved the schedule for the 2025 Champions Trophy proposed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), according to ARY News.

The PCB plans to host all of India's fixtures at Qaddafi Stadium in Lahore, including the round matches, semi-finals, and final as ICC has accepted the schedule without any modifications.

In addition to India, the Champions Trophy 2025 will feature teams from Australia, England, South Africa, Bangladesh, New Zealand, and Afghanistan. However, India has yet to officially confirm its participation in the tournament.

The draft schedule indicates that the Champions Trophy will take place from February 19 to March 9 across three major Pakistani cities: Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi.

In March, Naqvi instructed relevant departments to finalize the upgrade plans for Karachi’s National Stadium as quickly as possible. During an inspection, he reviewed various enclosures and boxes and directed preparations for the best pitches for the international matches to be expedited.
