On the final day of the second four-day encounter between Bangladesh 'A' and West Indies 'A' at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground in Saint Lucia on Saturday, Bangladesh off-spinner Nayeem Hasan got all the wickets that fell. Still, West Indies batter Tagenarine Chanderpaul made an undefeated 109.

The game ended in a tie, as the rain-affected two-match Test series concluded nil-nil. The two teams are now focusing on the three one-day tournaments, the first of which begins on August 16.

Having resumed the day on 43 for two, the home side used Chanderpaul's undefeated 109 and Alick Athanaze's 82 to post 277 for five, in response to the visitors' declared 300 for nine.

The son of West Indies legend Shivnarine Chanderpaul, the 26-year-old batted for nearly seven hours and faced 337 balls.

His 120-run fifth-wicket stand with Athanaze, which ended when Chanderpaul was injured late in the day, meant there was no further concern for the hosts after Nayeem removed overnight batter Joshua Da Silva and wicket-keeper Tevin Imlach.

Eventually, the off-spinner, who had a six-fer against Sri Lanka in May, had to settle for three for 69.
