Mahmudullah has been suffering from shoulder injury for a long time. Due to this he could not bowl. There was also inertia in batting. Mahmudullah overcame that injury and got back to form with the bat. Mahmudullah has repeated same words as captain Tamim Iqbal, who said after the second match that Bangladesh haven’t played a perfect match yet.
“These are the things I try to do. I try to keep my fitness good. The wicket is getting better. I think the batting should be good. And what I said first is we haven't been able to give our best output yet. Hope I can do it in tomorrow's [Friday] match,” he added.
Bangladesh is looking forward to whitewashing Sri Lanka tomorrow.
