Former cricketer and current coach of Abahani Limited Khaled Mahmud said he is big fan of Liton Kumar Das batting style and his playing.

Liton had a fabulous one day and T-20 series for his country against Zimbabwe as he was the top score in both the format. Liton also scored the highest individual score for Bangladesh of 176 runs in the second match of the one-day series.

Khaled Mahmud is a veteran coach in the local cricket circuit and also head of the development game committee of the Bangladesh Cricket Board.

Lion Kumar das will be playing for Abahani Ltd in this year Dhaka premier league and the coach of his club side has backed him to score big runs in the current premier league

‘’I am always confident about Liton Das even if Liton do not score runs. I think I am a big fan of his batting style and his playing.I think getting Liton was big thing for us.’’Khaled Mahmud told the reporters on Thursday.
