Mohammaed Mitun scored a brilliant  84 runs off 47  balls  in the first match of the BangabandhuBangladesh premier league at the Shera bangle stadium 

Challengers won the toss and elected to file first. While batting Thunder lost  Rony talukder cheaply but then Mithun and Charles had a 46 runs partnership before Charles got out. Charles scored 35 runs off 23 balls with seven boundaries,

Then there is 96 runs partnership between two Mithun and Mosadek for the third wicket. Mithun was sublime with his stroke plays. He scored 84 runs of 47 delivers. Mithun scored five over the boundary and hit four boundaries. It was his best BPL innings. Mosadek innings was a little disappointing as he failed to score run a ball strike rate.

Challengers bowlers come back well in the last 3 overs .sylhet were set to score more than 175 runs but they could not capitalize in the last three overs.. Bangladesh paceman Rubel Hossain was the most successful chattogram bowlers picking up 2wickets for 27 runs in his four-over. Nasir Hossain was also very economical

The wicket is very true to bat which makes great news for batsman for the tournament.
