Barishal to host first int’l team as Junior Tigers play against SL

Barishal, one of the most prominent cities of Bangladesh is all set to get its first taste of hosting an International team when country’s Under-19 team will take on Sri Lanka counterpart in the first four-day match, staring on Saturday at the Abdur Rab Serniabat Stadium.
The organizers in Barishal has taken various steps to make the occasion memorable one.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) earlier announced a 15-member Under-19 team for the two-match four-day series against touring Sri Lanka Under-19 team on Thursday.
The second four-day match between two teams will be held on November 2-5 at the Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna.
Besides, both the teams will play five youth ODIs--two in Khulna on November 9 and 11 and remaining three at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on November 14, 17 and 19 respectively.
Bangladesh U-19 Team: Amite Hasan (Captain), Ashraful Islam Siam, Sajid Hossan Seam, Md. Asadullah Hill Galib, Alvi Haque, Mohammad Shahin Alom, Pritom Kumar, Noman Chowdhury, Shahadat Hossain, Mohammad Prantik Nawrose Nabil, Shakib Shahariyer, SM Meherob Hasan, Minhazur Rahman Mohanna, Naimur Rahman Noyon and Md Saidul Islam Pramanik.
