Brother’s cheque bounced

Cricketers of Brothers Union, one of the team of Dhaka Premier League, claimed that their cheque have bounced from the banks.


Tushar Imran told reporters that they went to the bank of July 29 and was surprised to see that cheque are bouncing from the bank while that they are not sure about their future,


‘’Yes our cheque have bounced from the bank,’’ said Tushar.

‘’Around eight to nine players went to the bank to collect our payment ahead of Eid but that went in vain,’’ he said.


‘’Brothers official Amin Khan admitted about it and regretted for the matter.


‘’Yes we are aware that the cheque bounced and regret for it,’’ said Amin adding that some seniors made the junior suffer as they refused to accept TK Four Lakhs that they offered to the squad member ahead of the Eid.


‘’There are some seniors who were reluctant to accept the offer and for whom those juniors had to suffer,’’ he said.


The Dhaka Premier League [DPL] has been suspended after one round was played due to the coronavirus pandemic situation. The cloud of uncertainty regarding the future of the DPL is still looming large as the spread of the deadly virus has increased.
