Shakib’s mother also tested corona positive

Bangladesh ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan’s mother Shirin Reza has tested coronavirus positive and is currently in isolation at their home in Magura.
Earlier on July 19, Shakib's father, Mashrur Reza Kutil, also tested positive and started living in isolation in their home town.
Both Mashrur and Shirin are in good health despite testing positive for the virus, said health officials.
Magura District civil surgeon Pradip Kumar Saha said that the cricketer's mother started showing symptoms of the virus and had fever.
Under these circumstances, her swab samples were collected and sent to the Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) genome center for testing.
Later on Thursday her reports came positive for the virus and she was put in isolation.
Shakib, who has been serving his corruption ban since last year, is in the United States staying with his wife, daughter, and his new-born.
