Bangladesh Cricket Board is thinking to change the contract of the spin bowling consultant Daniel Vettori in order to develop the pipe line of the spin bowlers of the country.
Vettori only works for certain period in a calendar year with tha Bangladeshi team. Vettori was hired for 100-day period with the Bangladesh team ahead of the T20 World Cup to be held in Australia later this year. As per the deal, Vettori receives USD 2500 per day.

BCB wants to bring some changes in the agreement with Vettori as they look to the spin bowling coach for a longer time period
We want him for a longer period. We are working on his contract", confirmed BCB CEO, Nizamuddin Chowdhury.
Apparently, the board plans to get Vettori more involved with the local spinners during off-season too.
"He has no problem with the plan. He has a free schedule. His presence in the dressing room during an international fixture is also important for the national team. So, we have to make sure that we can get the best out of him" said Chowdhury.
In July 2019, Vettori had taken over from Sunil Joshi as Bangladesh's new spin bowling consultant. His first assignment was the tour of India. Subsequently, he wasn't available for the tour of Pakistan. Vettori, though, is expected to rejoin the national set-up on February 20 (Thursday) ahead of their home series against Zimbabwe.
