Fizz's Mumbai await first win against frustrated Delhi

Mumbai Indians and Delhi Daredevils go into their third game licking the wounds after getting defeated in two successive encounters. The men led by Rohit Sharma would be raring a hit after having tasted two narrow defeats against Chennai and Hyderabad.
Gambhir would also like to get the winning points, that too in an away match as the man from Delhi still has a point to prove after losing two games despite having a balanced side.
Mumbai Indians
Mumbai Indians have the kind of perfect combination in their team that is required to dominate in the shortest format of the game. Their team possesses the strength to edge past any opponent if the plans are executed perfectly.
However, things did not go their way in the first match as their quick-trio leaked too many runs. The second match was a bit of a relief but the replacement of Mitchell McClenaghan—Ben Cutting also gave away too much runs like him.

So, it is expected that Mitchell McClenaghan will make his return to the team again and he definitely will have to join the hunt with the other two potential death bowlers, Mustafizur Rahman and Jasprit Bumrah, and tie up the loose ends.
Mayank Markande, after two stunning performances, will also be the player to watch in this clash.
Predicted XI: Rohit Sharma (C), Evin Lewis, Ishan Kishan (wk), Surya Kumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, Kieron Pollard, Krunal Pandya, Mitchell McClenaghan, Mayank Markande, Mustafizur Rahman, Jasprit Bumrah
Delhi Daredevils
Delhi are expected to make a change as two of their spinners, Amit Mishra and Nadeem Shahbaz could not cement their places in the team after playing a match each. Avesh Khan is likely to start for DD in their game against MI.
The rest of the team will remain the same and the onus will be on the likes of Trent Boult and Colin Munro who could not perform up to their levels in the previous games.
Probable XI: Gautam Gambhir (c), Colin Munro, Rishabh Pant (wk), Shreyas Iyer, Glenn Maxwell, Vijay Shankar, Chris Morris, Rahul Tewatia, Avesh Khan, Mohammed Shami, Trent Boult
Prediction
Mumbai’s soft start will not be much of a setback for the team as they went on to win three titles after such kind of beginnings. They are likely to cruise to victory against the opponents who will do everything to make their job more difficult.
