Shakib's Hyderabad ride over Rajasthan Royals

The Indian Premier League is set to witness the two former champions—Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals locking horns on Monday at Hyderabad. Both would be looking to kick-start their journeys with a win.
The men led by Kane Williamson will do everything to clinch a victory over the visitors and Ajinkya Rahane and his band will also leave no stones unturned to gain a positive outcome.
Winning the toss, Hyderabad have opted to field first. Rajasthan lost an early wicket as D’Arcy Short fell victim to a run out in the very first over.
Hyderabad then kept losing wickets in bunches, once when the total went past fifty and the final collapse took place when Shakib Al Hasan struck twice in the same over to remove Sanju Samson and Rahul Tripathy.
Rajasthan Royals failed to recover their innings and ended up scoring 125 runs for 9 wickets. Samson’s knock of 49 runs was the highest individual innings from the Rajasthan side while the other batsmen failed to make their mark.
Siddharth Kaul also bagged two wickets for Hyderabad. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Billy Stanlake, and Rashid Khan scalped a wicket each.
In response, a blistering 57-ball 77 runs’ innings from Shikhar Dhawan, who shared an unbeaten 121-run partnership with Hyderabad skipper Kane Williamson, powered the hosts to reach the target with 25 balls remaining.

Williamson provided proper support to Dhawan and kept rotating the strike. He made 36 runs to help Sunrisers Hyderabad win the match by 9 wickets.
Jaydev Unadkat took the only scalp for Rajasthan Royals by sending Wriddhiman Saha back to the hut on 5 runs.
The Rajasthan-based franchise will face Delhi Daredevils in their next clash on Wednesday and Sunrisers Hyderabad will take on Mumbai Indians on the following day.
