Shakib reportedly broke dressing room door

The Nidahas Trophy ended with India being the champion as Dinesh Karthik hit an over-boundary off the last ball. Was that really the end of it? Or, was there any issue still unresolved?
Sri Lankan newspaper The Island has claimed that Bangladesh skipper Shakib Al Hasan broke the dressing room door after their last group match against Sri Lanka. A string of unwanted events happened during that match as Mahmudullah Riyad sealed it for the Tigers with a six off the penultimate ball.
Shakib instructed his team to walk off during the last over of the match as the umpires had called a no-ball but changed the decision later. Bangladesh substitute Nurul Hasan also got involved in a heated verbal clash with Thisara Perera. Both Nurul and Shakib were fined 25 percent of their match fee and the Bangladesh captain was handed a demerit point as well.

Following the match, it was found that the glass-door of Bangladesh's dressing room was broken. Although it was not clear as to who really did that, one of the caterers in the dressing room claimed that Shakib was the reason behind the happenstance.
Regarding that event, The Island wrote, "Although CCTV footage were inconclusive as to who caused the damage, The Island learns that Match Referee Chris Broad spoke to the caterers in the dressing room to find out the culprit.
Movenpick Hotel in Colombo, where the Sri Lankan and Bangladeshi teams were staying did the catering during the games and at the investigation, one of the caterers informed Broad that it was Shakib who caused the damage.
The eyewitness informed Broad that the Bangladeshi captain had forcefully pushed the door causing damage."
