Tamim out, Mushfiq-Liton trying to restore the innings

After losing against Sri Lanka in their first match, India are facing Bangladesh today in the Nidahas Trophy 2018. The side captained by Rohit Sharma will be eagerly looking forward to turning things around while Mahmudullah's Tigers will also start the game licking their wounds from a disappointing series against Sri Lanka and eyeing a comeback win.
This match is the first encounter in T20Is between the two after India's 1-run win against Bangladesh in the ICC World T20 in 2016. The Men in Blue also won both of their last ODI and Test clashes against the Men in Red and Green with the latter being in a 1-match series and the former in the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 semi-final.
This match will be Mushfiqur Rahim's 500th ICC recognized match. Second Bangladeshi after Shakib to achieve this milestone.
India have won the toss and decided to bowl first.

Bangladesh started their innings with their two regular openers Soumya Sarkar and Tamim Iqbal. Soumya was trying to keep attacking the bowlers whereas Tamim kept his calm and continued rotating the strike.
However, Soumya got out scoring 14 off 12 as Unadkat gave India the breakthrough. Following his departure, Shardul Thakur sent Tamim back to the hut on 15 runs. Mushfiq and Liton are on the crease now aiming to stitch a good partnership.
