BCB President reveal their position on coach situation

Richard Pybus has already been interviewed by the BCB. He discussed his coaching methods and techniques with the board director Nazmul Hasan Papon and other board officials. Another foreigner Phil Simmons was supposed to be interviewed this evening.
The former Australian coach and also the captain of Australia’s World Cup winning side (1987), Geoff Marsh, is considered to be the coach of The Tigers as well. So if no other coach comes into the scene, these three persons will be the plausible options for the board.
Bangladesh Cricket Board seems to be in no rush to hire an international coach. The current assistant coaching staffs, Khaled Mahmud Sujon and Richard Halsall, are supposed to be handling the team for the next few months while Bangladesh Cricket Board will keep looking for a new high-profile coach.
There is a good chance that the aforementioned coaches are going to control the team against Sri Lanka in a home-series and another tri-nation series. Nazmul Hasan Papon has been very clear on his stance and told the coaches to be mentally prepared.
He reportedly said, “There is a board meeting tomorrow, where we will confer whether to hire a new coach or to let the current coaching staffs take the responsibility.

"The assistant coach Richard Halsall and the director Khaled Mahmud is in the coaching team. Sunil Joshi is also there along with the other staff.
“Fast-bowling coach Courtney Walsh will also arrive soon. We have spoken to the captains of all the three formats. We sat and discussed if all of them can work together as a unit. They were very confident about this matter. Neither are they in a hurry to welcome a new coach.”
“We are not in a haste at all. We want to go for the best possible solution. It is not like we are certain about not hiring a coach. We might name a new coach tomorrow, or maybe the day after. That is a different issue.
"I just want them to be mentally prepared. What if we don’t get a new coach before the series to come? I want them to do their groundwork properly and plan things in an arranged manner”
