The ninth edition of the ICC T20 World Cup will commence from June 2 as the squad for Bangladesh for this mega event in USA and West Indies, will be announced tomorrow.
Initially, it was planned to announce the team on Monday afternoon, but it was delayed due to the injury of pacer Taskin Ahmed.
Taskin suffered side strain during the 4th match of the five-match T20I series against Zimbabwe and waiting for the scan report.
If the result comes positive, he could join the team's flight to the United States. Again, he might rehabilitate in the country before joining the team for the World Cup.

However, it's not confirmed whether he will play in the three T20 series matches with the United States.
On the other hand, the officials of the Bangladesh Cricket Board have given several indications about the squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup based on the recently concluded T20 series against Zimbabwe. Nevertheless, they are waiting until Tuesday afternoon for the official announcement.
Bangladesh is in Group D for this edition, where their opponents are Sri Lanka, South Africa, Nepal, and the Netherlands.
Tigers will play their first match against Sri Lanka on June 8. Before the main tournament, Nazmul Hassan Shanto's team will also play two warm-up matches against India and Netherlands.
