Bangladesh pacer Taskin Ahmed stated there is no room for complacency against Zimbabwe and the side is not getting enough credits despite winning the series.
Bangladesh cricketers are being criticized for their T20 approach even though they took an unassailable lead 3-0 in the ongoing five-match series against Zimbabwe.

“Actually, no matter how well we perform, if we lose a match against Zimbabwe, then the conversation will be different, that we lost to Zimbabwe. If we win, we don't get credit, and if we lose, everyone will be against us,” said Taskin during the press conference.

“Unexpectedly, we hear a lot of different things. When we play, we always try to give our best regardless of the opponent. Sometimes things go well, sometimes it doesn’t,” he added.
Taskin also said their main goal is to prepare for the World Cup, scheduled to begin on June 2 in the USA and West Indies.
"Our main goal is centred on the World Cup. As cricketers, strive to give our best wherever we play. Many things are beyond our control; the conditions, the opposition, who we are playing with, when we are playing. We give our best as players whenever and wherever we play," he added.
