The tenth edition of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the regular franchise-based T20 tournament in the country, will begin on January next year.
The players' draft of the tournament will take place on September 24. The local player's draft was released on Friday for the upcoming event.
Muhfiqur Rahim is the only player from Bangladesh who is placed in Category A. The wicket-keeper batter featured for Sylhet franchise in the last season.
The base prices for players in different categories are: Category A - 80 Lakhs BDT, Category B - 50 Lakhs BDT, Category C - 30 Lakhs BDT, and the rest follow suit.
