Chopra believes that Shakib will carry his fine form into the World Cup and claim the top spot of the all-rounder.
“In the last one year, he appeared in nine matches and scored 331 runs, taking 16 wickets with an economy of 4.8. He nearly took two wickets in every match. Shakib is on one side and the other all-rounders at the other side. After the World Cup you will get to see Shakib is at the top of the all-rounders,“ he added.
Shakib led Bangladesh fly to play Sri Lanka today [Sunday], which is considering as a preparation of World Cup.
