The Bangladesh ODI cricket team is currently without a captain, as Tamim Iqbal has stepped down from the role due to injury concerns. The board has not yet announced who will take up the position, but Litton Das has expressed his willingness to give his ‘100%’ if he is elected as the captain.
Litton, who is the front runner along with Shakib al Hasan and Mehidy Hasan Miraz to take up the captaincy role stated that he is all ready to grab the opportunity if the board elect him as the new captain.

MoneyGram, a leading global financial technology company that connects the world's communities via its global money transfer services, Thursday announced Litton as its official brand endorser.

“This is completely up to the cricket board. You may get the news within a day or two. It would be much better to get informed by the board. And I shouldn't even say it in any case. As I get paid just like an employee by the board,” said Litton in the Moneygram program.
“You will get the news within a couple of days. And of course, since I have been playing cricket for a long time, the team demands alot of things from me. I also want to contribute to the country. I will try to give my hundred percent. What I always say, I will try to do in the future,” he added.
Litton returned to the country after a successful outing in the Global T20 Canada League. He missed the fitness Test but will be available for skill training ahead of the Asia Cup.
