After losing the toss, Shakib Al Hasan's team Galle Titans batted first but Shakib did not get a chance to bat. Galle’s innings stopped at 188 runs for 3 wickets. Colombo Strikers won by 7 wickets, thanks to Babar Azam's record 10^th T20 century.

Shakib did not get any wickets with the ball as he gave 30 runs in 4 overs.

Pathum Nissanka also contributed well with Babar in Colombo's innings. The two put on 111 runs in the opening partnership in 12.3 overs.

Nissanka was dismissed for 54 off 40 balls. Babar, who got 'life' once in 89 runs, hit a four to reach century in the 19th over.

Babar is the second player to score at least 10 centuries in T20. Highest 22 centuries hit by Chris Gayle.

Colombo needed 14 runs in the last over to win. Babar was caught by Shakib on the first ball of the last over.

Pakistan's captain scored 104 runs off 59 balls with 8 fours and 5 sixes. Mohammad Nawaz came down and hit a six and four in the last two balls of Kasun Rajitha for victory.
