Surrey Jaguars registered a 38-run win over the Vancouver Knights in the qualifier game of Global T-20 League at the TD Cricket Arena on Friday.
Defending 140 runs, the Knights were bundled out for 101 runs. Matthew Forde was the pick of the bowling attack, taking four wickets in his spell.
Rayyan Pathan (4), Mohammad Rizwan (4), Rassie Van Der Dussen (6) and Harsh Thaker (4) were dismissed at regular pattern and were slumped to 34-4.

Najibullah Zadran (15) and Fabian Allen (27), then steadied the innings but departed soon enough.
Batting first, the Jaguars were placed at 45/2 after the first powerplay. Pargat Singh (2) ran out soon after, while Litton Das (16) departed after a promising start.
The Jaguars got a stable middle order with captain Iftikhar Ahmed going for 36 including two boundaries and two sixes and Aayan Khan getting a six amongst his 29-run spell
Following their demise, their tail struggled to make an impact. Junaid Siddique (4/22) was the standout bowler for the Knights, restricting the Jaguars to 139/9.
