Bangladesh got off to a good start in Afghanistan series with a huge win in the only Test in Dhaka as they have crushed Afghanistan by 546 runs to secure the biggest Test victory margin by runs in nearly 90 years.


Now Tigers’ next mission is the ODI series. However, the white-ball series will be played after Eid-ul-Adha holiday.


The Bangladesh team will start preparations on Wednesday to give the Afghans a tough challenge in their favorite format.

The Tigers and Afghanistan locked their horns 11 times so far in the ODI format as Bangladesh have won seven time, while Afghans bagged four wins.


Full practice will begin on Wednesday and continue till June 24.


After that, the cricketers will go on Eid vacation. After the vacation, practice will resume from July 2 at the main venue, Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong.



The three-match ODI series will start from July 5. The remaining two matches are on July 8 and 11.


After the ODI series, both teams will go to Sylhet. Two T20 matches will be held there on July 14 and 16.
