Ayan becomes youngest cricketer to play T20 WC

United Arab Emirates cricketer Ayan Khan created history on Sunday by becoming the youngest player to play in the Men’s Twenty20 World Cup.
The actual age of Ayan is 16 years and 335 days, he appeared in the UAE's match against the Netherlands, which they lost by three wickets.
He surpassed Pakistan’s Mohammad Amir (2009 World Cup, age 17 years 55 days), who was the youngest player ever to participate in the Men’s T20 World Cup.
However, it wasn't a good day for Ayan as he scored only five runs in seven balls and got a wicket with the ball in hand. He is also the youngest player to take a wicket for 15 runs in three overs in the history of Men’s T20 World Cup.

Apart from Ayan and Amir, Afghanistan’s spinner Rashid Khan is at number three, made his debut in the T20 World Cup 2016, when he was 17 years and 170 days old.
Then, Ahmed Shahzad of Pakistan is at number four and George Dockrell is at number five.
