Indian Team Can Do Well Against New Zealand, Says Hanuma Vihari

India's Test batsman Hanuma Vihari has impressed with his bat whatever limited opportunity he got ever since he made his debut in 2018 against England. With the upcoming series against England is coming, the Andhra batsman would like to do well once again.
However, India will play the maiden WTC final against New Zealand at Southampton, which will begin on June 18. After that, they will take on England in a five-match Test series as well.
“I am trying to prepare in the best way possible for the WTC Final and the England series. It’s going to be interesting and exciting as well for all the Indian fans because it’s the first edition of the WTC. We are in the finals and we are playing New Zealand which is going to be challenging in this condition,” Vihari told India Today.
Vihari is currently in England where he is playing County Championship for Warwickshire. However, it didn't go well so far for him. He has only managed to score 0, 8, 32, 52, 8 and 0. But he is still hoping to put up a great show in the upcoming series as well.
"We all know that but the Indian team can do outstanding things. I am sure that we’ll be confident going into the WTC final. I am trying to prepare as best as I can for the WTC and the Test series after that," Hanuma Vihari added.
However, Hanuma Vihari and his friends and followers are currently helping people with plasma, oxygen cylinders and arranged food and also they are trying to arrange hospital beds for patients.
“I don’t want to glorify myself. I am doing it with the intention of helping people at the ground level, who actually need every help possible in these difficult times. It is just the start,” the 27-year-old recently shared to PTI in an exclusive interview.
