Mushfiqur double hundred put Bangladesh in verge of victory

A double hundred from Mr dependable batsman Mushfiqur Rahim has put Bangladesh on the brink of victory if weather stays fine in the lone test match at Mirpur’s Sher-e-Bangla national cricket stadium on Monday.
Bangladesh has declared their first innings on 560/6 runs in their first innings and take an overall lead of 295 runs in the first innings.
Zimbabwe in their second innings has lost two wickets in the first two deliveries of the match in the bowling of Nayeem Hasan.
Zimbabwe were relying on 9/2 in their second innings and face an uphill task to save the test match. Zimbabwe still needs to score 286 runs to make Bangladesh bat again in this test match.
Musffiqur Rahim has become the first Bangladesh batsman to score three double hundred in test match cricket and also in this match has become the highest run-scorer in Bangladesh test history by passing opening batsman Tamim Iqbal.
Mushfiqur Rahim batted all day today till Bangladesh declared their innings. He was unbeaten on 203 runs and struck 23 fours in his innings

Earlier on the day Bangladesh test captain Mominul Haque brought up his ninth test hundred and the first one as captain.
Mushfiqur and Mominul shared a 222 run partnership in the fourth wicket for Bangladesh. Mominul was out for 132 runs in the bowling of Ndlovu.He struck thirteen boundaries in his innings.
Mohammed Mithun missed out on big score as he was out for only 17 runs in the bowling of Ndlovu.
Liton and Mushfiqur shared a 111 runs partnership in the sixth wicket in quick time as Bangladesh was looking to declare their innings at the end of the day.liton has scored his fifth test fifty in this innings. He was out for 53 runs before getting out to Sikander Raza.
Taijul scored 14 runs in the end and was not out.
