Bangladesh survived a huge injury scare as Mossadek Hossain is fit to play despite sustaining a hamstring during the preparation at the Zahir Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium on Tuesday.

The host had a sleepless night as they had to deal with a heavy injury blow as Mossadek made valuable contributions in their opening match victory against Zimbabwe.

Chief selector Minhajul Abedin looked confident his not that serious and he will play in today's match.

"Mosadek got injured while practicing with the team .he is under observations of physio julien kalafot.we will wait till the end for his participation,'' Minhajul told Cricfrenzy on Wednesady.
