Bangladesh head Russell Domingo said that he is still observing the team considering he arrived few days back but added he had learnt a lot in this few days and looking forward to make the difference.
Domingo, who replaced Steve Rhodes as the national head coach, did not started on a high note as they lost to Afghanistan in the lone Test match.

But the South African said that hopefully, he will make the difference now.
‘’As players you always see how to get better. It is also same for the coach as the messages are clear – work hard enough, train well enough and messages are clear enough in terms of communication. So there is always room for improvement for coaches and I learnt a great deal over the last five to six days and during the Test match,’’ said Domingo.
‘’I learnt a great deal over the last three weeks and it’s been great learning experience for me…To see about the business and how they deal with pressures in certain situations and there is lot of good lessons taken by me. Hopefully I will try to make difference from now,’’ he said.
‘’I have just introduced myself to three new guys in the change room who I never met before. And they are part of the squad and young Mishu, Afif and the player who played in the HP game yesterday. So I have not met them before. It is very difficult to understand what makes them work when I just met them 10 minutes ago. So those are challenge I am dealing at the moment but like I said, it’s been a fantastic three weeks and fantastic group of guys. They work really hard and always look to improve all the time. Although their performance in the Test cricket was not good, I really have good feeling on these group of players. There are some group young players in the group and some fantastic senior players and if the manage them correctly and we continue to work on I find no reasons of not improving our performances,’’ he concluded.
