Sri Lanka cricket board has decided to dedicate the last match of three-match series between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka to recently retired Lankan pacer Nuan Kulasekara. The match will be played at R Premadasa Stadium at Colombo and the match will start at 3 PM (BD Time).
The Lankan Cricket Board has made an announcement about this on Monday. Kulasekara has suddenly announced his retirement few days ago, so the Board wants to do something to say the final good bye to this 37 years old pacer like they did with Lasith Malinga. The Board has given him special invitation to watch the last match between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

They are planning to arrange a small program in Premadasa to honor this veteran pacer. Kulasekara debuted in the ODI cricket back in 2003 with the ODI match against England. After some time, he became the front line pacer of Sri Lankan line up.
He played total of 184 ODI matches in his career and took 199 wickets in those. He played his last ODI back in 2017 against Zimbabwe. Kulasekara debuted in the Test cricket back in 2005 against New Zealand, played on 21 Test matches and took 48 wickets. He couldn't prove his worth in the red ball cricket but he was successful in the shortest format of cricket.
Kulasekara is the third-highest wicket-taker for Sri Lanka in the T20 format. After debuting in 2008 against Pakistan, he played 58 T20 matches and clinched 66 wickets.
After March 2018, Kulasekara didnt play in any competitive cricket in senior level. Seeing the internationl door shut, he decided to retire from cricket totally.
