Shakib completes x-ray

Bangladesh Test skipper Shakib al Hasan had done an x-ray on Monday to know the latest update of his injury status.
Bangladesh will be keenly looking forward to x-ray that is expected to be delivered to them on Tuesday as it will help them determine whether he is available during any part of the remainder of the series.

Shakib missed the just-concluded three-match one-day international series and the first Test against New Zealand after suffering an injury on his left ring finger during the final of Bangladesh Premier League final on February 8.
Shakib, who was in Thailand on recreation leave, returned to Dhaka and did the X-ray for a further assessment about his latest situation.
“Shakib has done an X-ray at Apollo Hospital today [Monday]. We will get the reports tomorrow [today and can let you know about his situation,’ Bangladesh Cricket Board chief physician Debashish Chowdhury told reporters on Monday. said.
The second of the three-match Test series will get underway on February 8 while the third and final match will start from March 16. Shakib may join the team for the third Test if the reports went in his favour or otherwise he may not participate in the Test series just like the ODI series.
