Bangladesh heaved a sigh of relief as Shakib Al Hasan expected to return in action when the Tigers take on the West Indies at home later this month.
BCB sources learned that Tiger test and T20I captain will be available from the first test match against the Windies, which starts from 22 November zahur ahmed chowdhury stadium, Chattogram.

Shakib, who was expected to fly to the USA for surgery, had to be admitted to the hospital on September 27 after returning to Dhaka from the UAE just before the Asia Cup final.
An emergency procedure was carried out to remove the pus from his injured finger but an infection has since ruled him out of action for at least three months at the time.
Shakib featured in Bangladesh’s tour of West Indies a few months ago, where he had to take painkiller injections in order to deal with the finger-injury that he sustained in a tri-series match against Sri Lanka in January this year.
