Bangladesh and Afghanistan are set to face-off against each other in the last Group B clash of the Asia Cup. The Tigers haven’t had pleasant limited-overs outings against their Asian neighbors in the recent past, neither did they get a positive outcome when they last faced the same opponents in the same tournament back in 2014.
Starting off with a toss-win, Afghanistan have decided to bat first at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi,
With some of their key player out, Bangladesh will undoubtedly play to win but at the same time they have to keep in mind that it’s a huge opportunity for experimenting in case things go otherwise. Their young guns have to fire on all cylinders to establish their credibility.

Afghanistan, at the same time, should have no room for complacency against a relatively inexperienced Bangladesh side.
Bangladesh have made three changes in the squad. Abu Hider and Nazmul Hossain has been handed their ODI debuts and they will be playing in place of Mustafizur Rahman and "ruled-out" Tamim Iqbal. Mushfqur Rahim has been rested and Mominul Haque will make his ODI comeback after more than three years by replacing the wicketkeeper-batsman.
On the other hand, Afghanistan made one change in their palying eleven from the last match against Sri Lanka as Samiullah Shinwari replaces Najibullah Zadran.
