Sabbir and Miraz cast light on recent reports

Sabbir Rahman, along with Mehidy Hasan Miraz, went live from his Facebook account on Sunday (June 10) and accepted that he was indeed involved in a fight with Miraz. However, he didn't clarify if the incident really was the reason behind his ouster from the playing eleven in the third T20I against Afghanistan.
Sabbir said: “Families have issues and conflicts. We are a family. We know each other for 8-9 years.
“We had a little problem but that is of minor importance. I wouldn’t come to his place for dinner at this hour if it really was that big an issue.”

In the same video, Miraz also clarified that no serious fight took place between them.
According to a report in Cricbuzz on Saturday (June 9), Sabbir was dropped from Bangladesh’s last T20I against Afghanistan due to misconduct. The report states that, following a verbal argument, the all-rounder was involved in a physical altercation with his teammate, Mehidy Hasan Miraz.
Apart from talking about the misunderstood incident, both Sabbir and Miraz appreciated the Bangladesh team for their Women’s T20 Asia Cup triumph. They also asked the fans to support them for Bangladesh’s upcoming series against the West Indies.
