Report: The reason why David Warner shunned big questions revealed

During the meeting between the press and David Warner, the former vice-captain of Australia evaded the important questions as it felt like what the masses have been told is perhaps not the complete story. The reason for it, however, could be that his appointed PR, Roxy Jacenko, suggested him to do so.
According to a report from David Penberthy to radio station FIVEaa, David Warner, who is set to lose $6 million due to his yearlong ban, plans to recoup about a million dollars by revealing everything in an interview to either Nine Network or Seven Network.
“It’s worth noting that he had the high profile Sydney PR woman Roxy Jacenko with him on the day sitting with his wife Candice at the press conference,” Penberthy said.

Jacenko is the director of a high-profile Australian PR firm, Sweaty Betty PR, based in Sydney, and had several big-name clients in their history.
Penberthy continued: “One of the reasons apparently that Warner didn’t answer so many questions is that he’s keeping his powder dry for a tell-all interview -- part of the strategy that is being spearheaded by Roxy Jacenko.
“He’s taken a six million dollar hit in terms of his earnings. He can recoup at least a million of that from the nine network or seven network.
“That’s apparently why he’s keeping his mouth shut when he’s being asked obvious questions.”
After the sandpaper saga exploded, David Warner is not only set to lose his central contract for 2018-19 worth $1.45 million, he is also going to miss out on lucrative sponsorship deals and the IPL money in the next one year. As a result, it seems quite reasonable for Warner to do something like this in order to avoid having a financially barren year.
