Shane Warne open to coaching Australia

They say that iron cuts iron, which is perhaps by Shane Warne is open to the idea of coaching the Australian cricket team. Currently, the Baggie Greens are marred with controversy due to the ball-tampering saga, with many believing that the culture within the dressing room propelled the team towards the quagmire they find themselves in now.
As a result, Darren Lehmann was heavily criticized and many called for his head. In the end, they got what they wanted with the former left-handed batsman resigning from his post after the conclusion of the Test series against South Africa.
With his departure, the hunt for a new coach will begin and when Graeme Smith asked Shane Warne whether he would like to lead the Aussies, he said that he was open to the idea.

“For me, I’ve always being able to help out any team, any young spin bowler, any captain, anyone,” Warne said.
“I love being involved in the game, I’m passionate about the game so I’m happy to be involved. Whether it’s a head coaching position ... I’m happy to help out the Australian team whenever.”
The next coach of Australia will have to change the atmosphere of the dressing room and also alter the culture in the process. He will have to keep the team far from controversy—and Warne doesn’t have a history that suggests that he could do it.
From being involved in a sex scandal to being banned for using illegal drugs, Warne and controversy have always walked hand in hand. Despite that, Warne is confident of doing a decent job with the team, but also added that he wasn’t thinking about the prospect, before being asked by Smith.
“Whether I’m going to put my hand up to do that, umm, I’m not sure. I haven’t given it much thought until you just asked me.”
